The following is from a Greyhound Memo to all employees:

The United States Supreme Court will review the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) COVID-19 vaccine mandate with an expected decision to be made Friday, Jan. 7. There is a high possibility that the Supreme Court will uphold the OSHA mandate, which will require employers with 100 or more employees to ensure each of their workers is fully vaccinated or tests for COVID-19 on a weekly basis. Currently, New York City has mandated that all employees working in NYC must be vaccinated. Also, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Chicago require all food service employees to be vaccinated.

To ensure Greyhound is compliant with the OSHA mandate, effective Wednesday, Jan. 5, all Greyhound employees will be required to report their vaccination status by Monday, Jan. 17, through the COVID vaccination management portal that we have through [email protected] This requires the following:

• Vaccinated employees – register and upload vaccination information on the portal.

• Unvaccinated employees – register on the portal.

The recent launch of the COVID vaccination management portal,

https://Greyhound.apricity-health.com/, assists us with assuring a healthful work environment for our staff, while at the same time, serving as the necessary data repository for maintaining compliance with state and federal reporting standards related to COVID-19.

All employees are required to report their vaccination status and provide proof of vaccination. If it is medical or religiously inadvisable for you to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, please complete a COVID-19 Vaccination Exemption Form, found at https://greyhound.uswellness.com.

• Unvaccinated employees will be required to test weekly beginning Feb. 10. Failure to comply without an approved exception will result in not being able to work.

Following is information on the portal, [email protected], and how you can use it to upload your vaccination information and remain in compliance with current and future laws administered by government entities.
